The Red Dragon-X is the successor to the Red Scarlet. It has the same DSMC2 body as other Red camera's and can run at higher framerates than before. Both the high resolution and the standard RAW codec make this camera well suited for projects with an extensive post production.

The Red Dragon-X is one of few camera's that can run 120fps in 4K RAW and despite the high resolution and framerates the files are still well usable in post because of its efficient RAW compression.

Besides RAW, the Dragon-X can also shoot ProRes internally up to 2K. This camera has no built-in NDs, so do not forget to order these as well.
