The Canon EOS R is Canon's latest camera and their first high end mirrorless one. Because of this, Canon has developed the new RF mount for it.

Just like Sony's E-mount, the RF mount has a very short flange distance which makes it possible to adapt to virtually any mount.

The camera includes an RF to EF mount.
